New subscriptions begin with the current issue and continue for a total of 10 issues, providing 10 AMA Category 1 credits per annual subscription. Occasionally, a special double issue worth 2 CME credits may be published, but the total number of credits provided with any annual subscription will always equal 10.

The 2002 volumes will be closed to new online enrollment on November 1, 2002. Online orders placed after that date will automatically begin with the first issue in 2003.

To purchase a printout of a paper, use our online Shopping Cart to make a secured online credit card transaction. The documents you order will be instantly available for printing after the purchase is completed.

Printouts of individual papers in the Ultrasound Library are available for online purchase only. They cannot be ordered or delivered by mail, fax, or e-mail.

Purchase of a paper in the online Ultrasound Library entitles you to print out one copy of the paper. When the order process and the credit card transaction are completed, you will be able to print one copy of each paper you have ordered, either immediately or anytime within 48 hours of completion of the transaction.

You must print copies on your own printer. A color inkjet printer is recommended but not required. Check the item listings in the Ultrasound Library for information about whether a particular paper includes color images.

Printouts of individual papers

CME Programs: The CME programs are sold by annual subscription only and are approved for 10 AMA Category 1 credits per year. Papers in the current volume may not be purchased as individual copies or for subscription terms of less than one year, nor can they be shared by two or more subscribers who each want to earn fewer than 10 CME credits. If you should decide to cancel your subscription for any reason, you will receive a 100% refund for orders that are cancelled up to the time the delivery of the first issue included in your subscription is made. Thereafter, a nonrefundable fee of $30 will be applied, with the balance to be refunded on a prorated basis. Delivery of the lessons is considered to take place at the time the user is enabled to retrieve a paper from the Subscribers Only page on our website. Thus, refunds are calculated on the basis of the online delivery date, not on the date that printed booklets are delivered by mail.
