CME
Programs: The CME programs are sold by annual subscription only and
are approved for 10 AMA Category 1 credits per year. Papers in the
current volume may not be purchased as individual copies or for subscription
terms of less than one year, nor can they be shared by two or more
subscribers who each want to earn fewer than 10 CME credits. If you
should decide to cancel your subscription for any reason, you will
receive a 100% refund for orders that are cancelled up to the time
the delivery of the first issue included in your subscription is made.
Thereafter, a nonrefundable fee of $30 will be applied, with the balance
to be refunded on a prorated basis. Delivery of the lessons is considered
to take place at the time the user is enabled to retrieve a paper
from the Subscribers Only page on our website. Thus, refunds are calculated
on the basis of the online delivery date, not on the date that printed
booklets are delivered by mail. To request a refund for a CME subscription,

Ultrasound
Library papers. You can request a refund for a printout of a Library
